James Ashley connects with Kristian Halkias.
As Property Manager at Menkes Developments, Kristian is responsible for managing the companies downtown commercial assets. He holds an Honours degree from Ryerson University in Urban Planning and currently is working towards completing his RPA Designation with BOMA.
With over 10 years in the industry, Kristian has experienced a range of disciplines including leasing, underwriting, research analysis, client relations and property management.
With his father Peter and two brothers, Jason and Mark, all working within Real Estate, the Halkias family name is well known in Canadian Property Management.
