Theresa is SVP, Retail and Asset Resilience at Kingsett Capital. With over twenty years in the industry, Theresa's asset management experience includes retail and office investments in Canada, the US, Germany and Spain. Theresa has held held progressive positions overseeing corporate environmental programs, project management as well as the design and implementation of operational benchmarking and analytics.
Theresa holds a Bachelors of Environmental Studies with an Honours in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo. Theresa has also completed an Authentic Leadership Development course through Harvard Business School.
